Cancellations

Should you need to cancel your registration, you may reassign your registration to another person. Please notify Lauren, lauren@conference.nz in writing. If you are unable to arrange a replacement, please note our policy below:

Before Friday 7 February 2023 you will incur a $150 cancellation fee.
From Friday 7 February 2023 there will be no refund, except at the discretion of the organising committee.
Refunds will be notified and processed within one month following the meeting.

Accommodation cancellations within 30 days of the 20th ANZAP Scientific Meeting are subject to a cancellation fee based on individual hotel policies.

Conditions

Australian & New Zealand Academy of Periodontists and Conference Innovators reserve the right to deny entry and/or terminate the registration of any person who demonstrates behaviour that is deemed to be inappropriate and/or a risk to others.

Registrations received by Conference Innovators will not be considered as confirmed unless payment has been received and processed. Non-payment or non-attendance will be taken as a cancellation on the day of the 20th ANZAP Scientific Meeting and will incur a 100% cancellation fee.

Disclaimer

Insurance

Registration fees do not include insurance of any kind. Participants are advised to take out personal insurance, including cover for travel, accommodation and personal possessions. Neither the Australian & New Zealand Academy of Periodontists nor Conference Innovators covers individuals against the cancellations of bookings for any reason including cancellation or postponement of the 20th ANZAP Scientific Meeting or for theft or damage to belongings.

Liability

Australian & New Zealand Academy of Periodontists and Conference Innovators will not accept any responsibility for any financial or other losses incurred by delegates in the course of the 20th ANZAP Scientific Meeting. Nor will the Australian & New Zealand Academy of Periodontists and Conference Innovators take responsibility for injury or damage to persons or property occurring during the 20th ANZAP Scientific Meeting or associated activities
